1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Prepaid orders are dispatched faster.

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or message before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier service availability

  • Weather or operational delays

While we try to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

There are no hidden shipping fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS or email

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery status

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Phone number not reachable

  • Customer unavailable

The package may be returned to us.

Re-dispatch may require confirmation from the customer.

Please ensure your contact details are accurate while placing the order.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible pin codes.

  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.

8. Unserviceable Areas

If your location becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we will inform you and issue a full refund if required.
