At ShivamKids, we ensure every product is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. Since we deal in kids clothing, toys and safety products, returns are accepted only in genuine cases as mentioned below.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

You received a wrong product, OR

The product is defective or damaged
Additional conditions:

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

A clear unboxing video is compulsory

The product must be unused and in original packaging

All tags, labels and accessories must be intact
Returns without an unboxing video will not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:

Size issues

Color preference changes

Change of mind
-
Minor thread issues or slight color variation due to screen differences

Products used, washed or damaged after delivery

Requests raised after 3 days
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Attach the complete unboxing video

Clearly explain the issue
Once verified, our team will confirm whether the return is approved.
If approved:

We will guide you regarding pickup or self-shipping.

The product must be packed properly to avoid transit damage.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only if:

Wrong product was delivered

Product is defective
Conditions:

Request must be raised within 3 days

Subject to stock availability

Only one replacement per order
We do not offer exchange for size changes.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Timeline: 8–15 business days

For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
Refund will not be issued if:

Product shows signs of use
-
Packaging is missing
-
Unboxing video is not provided
-
Return does not meet policy conditions
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
